Ryan leads all of the company’s engagements and oversees the development of all new projects. His passion is solving problems with technology, bringing ideas to life and seeing the impact technology can have on people’s lives. He believes in helping small businesses grow beyond their expectations by providing robust solutions with the power typically found in large enterprises, but the agility and personal touch delivered by a fellow small business.

Ryan has a background in Data & Analytics, working as a product manager in the manufacturing & transportation space for over 6 years. Ryan was a part of the Men’s USA Ryder Cup team in 2018, where he began his first of many years working in the world of professional sports analytics. 

Ryan grew up with technology, learning to code from a young age. Everyone remembers the “there should be an app for that” era. The ideas never stopped flowing, but that was the foundation of what ultimately inspired the founding of Alyan Solutions. 

Ryan has a dual degree in Computer Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, which he often refers to as the “Ivy League of the South”. Ryan also completed a 2-year global IT leadership program at GE out of college. Ryan has lived in Nashville since 2022 where he enjoys golfing and playing cards in his free time.
